  • 2 % in 2 Weeks

Alright guys, it's crunch time. I have a little over two weeks to drop 2% BF,Here's the stats:
    5'9"
    198 lbs, at 6.5%BF
Cardio is 25 Min. AM before food, 45 min. PWO
Meals: every 2 1/2 Hours, 6 oz 99% lean turkey with every meal, Carbs are in the AM 1st and 2nd meal only, about 40g of carbs a piece. The problem is I'm losing about .6 % Lean mass every week, I would like slow that down a little more is it possable? and can I still comein around 4%?

For now, and no OTC fat burners, I think there just full of diuretics.

I'd split the 80 grams of carbs you're eating up into 40 grams 1st meal and 40 grams PWO.

even taking in some caffeine based product can kick up your metabolic rate and liberate fat to be utilized during caloric restriction/cardio

and to be honest, you're trying to drastically drop BF% while retaining muscle? at this point it's probably going to be one or the other

Caffeine also has the benefit of being a mild diuretic as well.

I have to agree with Ben here with that amount that you want to drop in the timeframe alotted its going to be one or the other and I would say that you would be more inclined to drop muscle or deplete muscle glycogen to the point of burning muscle instead of fat...

You could use a few tricks:

                    - Switch all protein sources to TILAPIA and EGG WHITES
                    - Switch veggies to ASPARAGUS
                    - Switch fats to ALMOND BUTTER or AVOCADO
                    - Drink GREEN TEA (1 gallon/day or more)

All of the tips above are related to the fact that they will help you drop water. But again, they are cosmetic "illusions" perhaps.

What will help is your cardio. Def switch the 45/25 AM/PWO but also add some HIIT. You can do it.

Better yet, at this point, for a week you can drop all fats (and suffer) but it'll help bring you in tighter. When you're behind you gotta pay the price later in your prep.

                        True.

                        Palumbo's "protein + veggies" day have a reason....lol.

Besides, in 2 weeks, muscle loss is gonna happen, but it's a non-issue. At this point, it's all or nothing. A race to the stage.

would this also apply for a woman (p & v days only)? I know Dave does this, but i was under the assumption that a womans body will hang onto bodyfat if it detects the lack of dietary fat?

I would do a hour fasted cardio in the morning stroll through the hood or like a three on a treadmill. And do a hour before bed samething.
