Tuesday Shoulder/AB workout, now i do somethings different now, since i did alot of pressing the day before I tend not to do any DB or BB should presses and work on the heads individually.
DB stand side Laterals
20/15 25/12 35/10 40/8 DS 20/15
BB front Raises
45/15 65/12 85/9 85/9 DS 45/12
upright rows
95/10 115/10 135/7
Rear Delts= With these i have tried something now, I lay on my side on a flat bench and use a light db and go in the motion as if i was doing a bent over rear lateral, this is a killer!! I do one arm then the other and keep going one right after another until both arms have done 4 sets
20/12 x 4 sets.
I ended with a Giant set of 10reps each thru 3 sets. Doing all the exercises one after another without stopping untill all three sets are complete
BB Shrugs 255/10 x 3 sets
side laterals 25/10 x 3 sets
steering wheels 25lb plate 10 each arm
*steering wheels are as followed. Take the plate and hold it on the sides and turn it jsut like a steering wheel from one side to another, this totally kills the front heads!!
stand rope crunches 130/12 x 3 sets SS DB side bends 60/12 x 3 sets
Oh just to note also, i usually doing morning cardio 5 days a week walking on the treadmill for 20-30minLast edited by DoubleDeuce22; August 19, 2009, 04:03 PM.

Alright guys, I figured I would hop back on the thread as my offseason continues to be fantastic. I am hovering AM weight about 165-168...I have tried alot of different lifting programs that have provided me with some good growth. I have been doing FST 7 for over a month and i can attest that this shit really works. Esp doing 7 sets of leg extensions at the end of my quad workout was insane..i will be posting some workouts and maybe a few pics here an there. My next goal for competition is April in Lakewood, doing the Natural Ohio again. Hopefully i will be up one weight class so we will see!!

Matt,
Here are some pictures I snapped at the prejudging. Not the best quality, but it's something. Good luck in your training.

Matt, yhou got some GREAT advice...I have to throw my 2 cents in on the training aspect though...I'm gonna go ahead and agree 100% with Hulk and agree with Tipsta. FST-7 isn't anytning innovative...yeah I'm doing 7 sets of the same exercises at the end of the workout to get a pump....nothing special. Will it work, sure, but it's nothing innovative.
I really truly feel you'd be better training to get strong ie powerlifting style and also working rep ranges and some tempo training form time to time. Time under tension is huge! The 2 programs I'd recommend are P/RR/S and/or Laynes style of training. I think either one would do wonders for you bro.
