I am pretty clear on cutting sodium about a day out, but what about potassium and magnesium?
In a final weeks prep, what are the best way to manipulate the other 2 electrolytes?
I know magnesium deficiency leads to potassium deficinecy, so should magnesium be taken all week and then stopped the day before, at which time potassium added?
I get the carb up bit, and water and sodium being used at the same time, but the magnesium and potassium part I am less sure.
Any advice appreciated.
