Well things are going well. I started my carb up yesterday. I ate 460 grams of carbs after eating around 100 carbs for two days doing deplete workouts. I woke up Tues morn at 176 which was my lowest weight so far. I expected that since I had been depleting. I had an upper body deplete workout yesterday (back and arms) eating 460 carbs. I woke up this morning at 174. 2LBS LIGHTER!!!! I plan on eating 360 carbs today (rest no lift) 260 carbs on thurs with 50 grams extra fat, then 160 carbs on friday with a light pump circuit that night. Sat morn I plan on eating 3 meals before stepping on stage and eating somewhere between 100-150 carbs depeding on how I feel I'm looking when I wake up. I am wondering if I should be eating more carbs today and tommorow. Or should I just do what I plan on doing and add carbs as needed Sat morning? Any opinions? Oh yeah, I was super dry this morning. As dry as I've ever been.

Yeah I noticed that my arm was covering up my glutes. THanks for the tip on the hammy. I really only have thought about doing that on my side chest, but you're right I should do it on the side relaxed too. Thanks again fellas.

I had worked abs the day before pretty hard and typically whenever I work abs or legs they are soft the next day. However, I haven't hit abs as hard as in the past due to the fact that my gut sticks out and my waist seems to be a little wider when I train abs more than once a week.

They have height classes instead of weight. I will be in the short class. (5'7 and under)
