    I started my diet yesterday at 19 weeks out. I'm 5'8'' and about 180lbs. Anyone have a guess how much weight I have to lose to be in contest shape? I'm not really concerned with how much I weight i'm just curious. Last show I weighed 150lbs so I'm hoping it's more than that this time lol.

    Great development dude, what part of SC are you in?
    Dont know about what weight you will be all depends on how much muscle you can hold dieting and how lean/dry you are on the day....

              Well then i am sure you frequent RC nutrition, i worked there for a period last summer. I am good friends with the owner Steve. Do you also go to Winthrop? Now that would be funny

                Yeah Steves the man. Nah not going to school now but I went to York Tech last year. My diet now is high protein moderate carbs low fat. Just egg whites, chicken, beef, oats, brown rice, asparagus, natural pb.

                  14 weeks out. legs are pretty washed out from training them a couple hrs ago. let me know what you guys think.

                    TBH depending on your metabolism it looks like you could of bulked for another while before dieting BUT, who cares whats done is done and come contest time you should be SHREDDED!
