new pics coming soon! Still pluggi away and since the Olympia my body started to go craaazy into overdrive on its own! gotta love that! little down time and time away from LA does a body good I guess. 5 wks out today........
okay...sooooo sice the incorporation of my companies new exclusive "CARBO-PLEX 500" I have managed to tighten up with much more carbs in my day and started to lose faaaaast! so I am continuing to eat into my show nov 7th. I will post pics when I get a camera and my training partner or boss ability to take a few snap shots.
My diet chages:
increase red meat (2 x per day)
increase fish
increased carbs from carbo-plex 500 (elite recovery, glycogen load carb powder)
-I take in about 2 x 30g scoops/day
*** no dairy.no gluten,no wheat,no sugar**
increased carbs from sweet potato
+ banana every day for breakfast
+ fats only from egg yolk and olive oil
I AM almost 4 wks out....AND ON TRACK Fo sure. I like to be ready to rock at 2 weeks out all the time. I am not floating into the show happy and healthy.
