        Hi everyone

Do yall know what is the best gauge of bodyfat percentage?

I have used both the calipers and a machine and the difference between them was about 2%

i personally don't trust those machines, calipers not the most accurate but better than machine. and there's always the mirror! plus just keep posting updated pics from time to time so some of the experienced competitors on this thread can check your progress.

As well as what Vinny said about your MM, also look to maybe bring your arms a little higher (above your delts making the bi appear bigger then them) then your shoulders.
