    glimpse into what I did to prepare for the eastern usa's coming up...


    note: at the end credit...my second set of bench was 455 for 3 not 545 (2x3)...shurgs was 635 not 632..my ez bar curl was 315 (3x8)

    I dont think you benched 455 for 3 the last rep looked like the easiest nice editing though.
