i love having red wine at night to relax
( it also is great for health), just 1 glass .. I ve 2 bodyfitness contest in about 6 weeks , not have to be really dry but I m not definetly very lean yet.. I know each glass have about 70 cal which is not much ,I also read we cant assimilate alcohol calories same as other macronutrients.. I m thinking in cutting it 5 weeks out but I d like not to ... any suggestion??
