    This will be my 2nd show, and now that my feet are wet, much more exciting. I am 242 pounds now, at 6 ft. 1 inch. I was 206 the week of the show, and looked good, but dropped to 202 the day of.

    I did a diet very similiar to the Palumbo diet last show, but included more veggies, and some ezekiel bread as needed. It worked out well, but may include more carbs this time around. I am also going to eat more sirloin and top round this time instead of chicken breast. If I eat carbs, it will be sweet potato, or ezekiel raisin bread, or all complex. I will still include natty peanut butter or flax oil with my shakes if I HAVE them.

    I will be doing cardio 45 minutes to 1 hour all week. I also do the manditory physical training for my military command. I will start including photos, and progress reports. I AM SO EXCITED. I am also kind of smooth rightnow, another word for fat belly. ha ha just a bit. I did not limit what I ate while we were out to sea for 5 months. So, now i have work to do.

    you didnt one mention macros, I have no pics, so I dont think many people can help off of this.

        The Diet last contest looked like this
        Meal 1 4 EGGS, 2 WHITES, PEPPERS, ONIONS, Weekends 2PCS Ezkl raisin toast
        Meal 2 Pro Complex 1svg w/ 1 tbsp flax oil
        Meal 3 6-8 oz Chkn breast w/ veggies
        Meal 4 same as 2
        Meal 5 post training 6-8 oz sirloin w/veggies
        Meal 6 same as 5.
        I would sometimes add 40 gm carbo gain by now foods during training. I would also sometimes substitute 1 svg pro complex, 2 pcs Ezkl, and 1 svg nat. peanut butter for meal 6.
        This time I thought of adding in sweet potatos and more ezxl raisin toast. Maybe I COULD be fuller and bigger, but still very lean.
