Now I have taken Muay-thai for many years and my cardio has always been top notch, now that ive reached 265 and on HRT for many many many years plus I'm also running some AAS supps my cardio took a huge hit and I cant do the cardio I once did.Now 2 years ago I had a stress test and the whole work up and it was excellent but now could there be something wrong or is it from being on for many years and being 260+
