OK, heres the story, when I was 16 I completely shattered 1 knuckle on my left hand and badly damaged two others (someone put their head on my fist
) anyway I was warned that I may suffer arthritis later in life, but being young it didn't really matter, now at 29 I have been getting progessivly worse in terms of grip, I get shooting pains doing any heavy lifting and have had to resort to using straps during back workouts, I went to the docs he diagnosed arthritis and said I was lucky it hadn't happened sooner.
Anyway as I now have to live with this and it is not going to get any better has anyone any suggestions to help slow down it's progression in the long term and to ease the pain when it gets bad.
I was thinking of using deca on and off as needed (with test to prevent deca-dick) as there are studies showing it helps in arthritis, only problem is all the ones i've read are with regards to post-menopausal women, but any links to studies regarding adult males would help.
Suggestions are appreciated, particularly any steroids that may help as part of a stack.
