  • Pain in my Fibula

about 3 weeks now I have been having pain in my knee. I do long tours at my security job and its been bothering the crap out of it. The other day my gf asked what part of the knee hurt and at first I could not really pinpoint it until the other day when the pain felt like it was comming more under the knee cap on my fibula. I haven't squated in over two weeks any advice guys?
The paint is not that bad...maybe 2 or 3 on the scale of 1 to 10 but it def is keeping me from training and working long hours on the job. It seems to bother me alot when I am sitting in the truck driving for some reason with my left leg totally relaxed. Also when I go upstairs

The fibula is the smaller of the two lower leg bones on the outer (lateral) side of the leg. The tibia is the bigger one where the shin is. If you're referring to your knee then it's the lateral side high up and possible a meniscus problem. This is not uncommon for people who stand alot on the job and walk alot as well. I'd start by checking for comfortable footwear and make sure your current shoes are not worn.
