    im beginning to work with a client who has overcome a sep of his c4 he is very mobile his gait is good although he has left leg numbness looking to push the env any suggestions

    First of all, does he have a doctors clearance to workout? Where exactly is the numbness in his leg?

      doctors clearence yes. im now in contact w/ prior therapists & docs.
      car accident 6yrs ago, paralyzed for 3mo. Now works out reg. numbness in rt. hand & lft leg more so below the knee. Good neurological firing, walks without a gait, although takes a tremendous amount of concentration. Truly remarkable. Less than 10% of pop!!
