      Acupuncture with electricity
      Glucosamine/chondroiten/msm/etraol (a pill)
Ice for 10 mins, heat wrap for 20mins, no break between the two. Use moist heat or small towel soaked in sink, wring out and microwave. May need to reheat 3-4x. Good luck, worked for me and I have told many others

Glucosimine does help, but it takes a good while before you really notice anything. Also, as annoying as it may be, doing several things to help "warm" up the joints before really hitting the weights seems to help. But IMO, I've found that if my elbows are really flaring up, wearing layers really helps. It can suck because you get so freakin hot, but the heat seems to ease the pain. As far as drugs, yeah deca helps to lube the joint but it's only a temp relief...once you're off, it's back to normal...but even so, I still love deca for that reason.
