Forgot to mention, I didn't keep acurate track of weight etc but I was about 95kg/209lbs at sart and 85kg/187lbs at the end.
Strength went up on all the exercises-
Bench -10kg/22lbs,
Dead - 20kg/44lbs,
Squat - don't really know used a few diffrent rep ranges.
Dips - manged to add 20kg/44lbs plate for same reps and 30kg/66lbs for a few reps.
