                      • Wow, that is a lot of warm-up/pre-exhaust sets/reps on the extension. Killer session meng! Yesterday when I was doijng quads, I had planned on doing elevated kettle lunges to finish them off proper however, after my extension drop set, legs were jelly...I would have fallen over if I had attempted the lunges. Hell, I had trouble with the first 2 sets of calf extensions.

                          Yea, i like the pre-exhaust idea...i tried it on shoulders and felt like i got a better workout! as far as the lunges after!! Sometimes those mfkers just dont do what they are told..

                          Lunges after all that...forgetaboutit!

                              I will definitely get 565 for 2 next time.. ill just reduce the pyramid! It blows my mind how people are doing 700+ lifts and 3x bodyweight. I would have to pull 810 to do a 3x lift....
