Wow, that is a lot of warm-up/pre-exhaust sets/reps on the extension. Killer session meng! Yesterday when I was doijng quads, I had planned on doing elevated kettle lunges to finish them off proper however, after my extension drop set, legs were jelly...I would have fallen over if I had attempted the lunges. Hell, I had trouble with the first 2 sets of calf extensions.
