          I cut my workout short today my dad is in the ICU was there from 3 am to 9 am an was going to finally get some sleep. He almost flatlined and had no blood pressure an everything he has some color now but he was hooked to that shock chest thing too just in case he was about to flat line is a trip.

              I just got back from seeing my dad he is doing better but will be in over night I was there basically all day with my sister and my step mom. So hopefully he is out by Christmas. He is a fucking character like me god damn even when he almost dies an still fucking around.

                    When your hooked on the iron of lifting your hooked for life. People ask why we try to lift the things we do they just don't get it, its a part of us a feeling inside to do it. I am hooked on the iron on my back or in my hands an telling the weight fuck you I am going to pick you the fuck up an have a good fucking time rather you like it or not if it breaks me or causes me pain I am going to try. IDK how many injuries I have suffered from this but I will continue to till I cant get out of bed an do what I love an that is training an trying lift as heavy as possible. Every torn muscle, surgery, ache an pain at the end of the day the people I have met it is well worth it. That's why the fuck I lift cause I am a fucking junkie on lifting an its who I am, if people dont like it flip them off an tell them fuck you.. It might take me a little longer to get up an in pain constantly at times I wont give up until I cant get up anymore.................. that is the reason I lift what is yours?
