    thanks teddy my body isnt liking me though lol my elbows are so tore up from yesterday with benching that it hurt getting my arms into position an holding the weight on my back squatting, sorta listening to my body more too if i feel like shit I wont train at one point about last year or so was doping myself up on so many damn pain pills to where I was just trying get through the day an workouts an not addressing injuries an things just got worse. from the knees,elbows,shoulder etc etc so now im sorta like hollly shit im hurting without them but rather be in pain them some guy abusing my pain medication .

      went back to the gym just to help guys with lift offs on bench an helping with squat and deadlift one thing what did happen though this lil guy dont get me wrong strong guy at 160 pulls 405 raw for some reps but he talks a ton of shit so when he had 365 on there how many reps bryon 8? i was like no dude shoot like 10-12 so if u get 9 then u did better then u thought u could an say hmmm tried 12 but atleast got 9 well he gets 7 an says I got into his head an shit being a prick like always so i said "fine asshole u want to talk shit?" an picked up bar with the the weight on it an walked off with it around the gym an said "hey where do you want me to put down you little smart ass?" he finally shutup after that lol.

                Actually my girlfriend came over we just started dating a few days ago an she stayed the night, then we hung out all day we drank breakfast had a few beers at the bar at 11a.m. bought her a pink hello kitty purse shes been wanting, went to a psychic, saw boats on the american river, etc etc it was nice day of relaxation

                  Will just be doing cardio today my gf is coming back over with her daughter this time a little afraid what she might think of me, cause even like my gf said she has never seen a guy with so many tats an everything in her life cause shes live in a small town.
                  So shes going to be on her way in a few mins so we will just say this for cardio:

                  few laps around the play ground
                  5 sets of 20 on the swings
                  tire swing constant pushing an spinning for as long as her an daughter take being dizzy
                  few laps around the pond feeding ducks
                  10 sets of 1 down slides
                  stair climbing for awhile up an down playground
                  kick ball around park

                  best cardio i think anyone could have well besides sex is when you can spend it with someone your in love with an care about an just see them smile.
