            training today was basically moving hella stuff at work, had to move some big ass cabinet by hand which said use a forklift a few 100lb printers, carry a few boxes of paper of flights of stairs, move a copier machine, an some other shit an thought to myself not going to kill myself later tonight when have to get ready for my trip so packed things up, cleaned up around here an other stuff.

                yeah i am back into town on saturday an spent it with my kids, my girlfriend an her kid, so i will be in the gym tonight lol

                    my girl lives in turlock so we go back an forth on the weekends an everything, so i stayed down there which is funny because she goes to school at a salon so when i went there you see this big ol dude, with a beard, an a beanie on carring flowers for his girlfriend he picked up on the way up to say i got a few strange looks is pretty funny techno music and hair styling crap going on felt like I was queer eye for the straight guy or some shit LOL. I met her family though I kept my tats covered they know about them but didnt want them to be all blasted out. What did you do this weekend?

                        you know what thats the funny thing too she said when she first met me thought I was going to be a typical tattooed, muscled up douche guy lol. But got her a purse, made her dinner, got her flowers each time i have seen her, wrote her a poem, got her a card about how much i care about her etc etc i hopeless barbarian romantic lol that sucks about work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                            Going to start working abs in the morning then at night to help with my core for heavy squats have not done much ab work in a long ass time I love to train my abs but because how my stomach has been in the past have not been able to now I am like fuck it tired of not being able to
