    well i started hemo rage again today lol so that played a big factor today i tried to keep going but my grip was fucking DEAD!! an someone had chalked up the bar so when doing rack deads would catch on my shorts a little so was fucking playing tug of war lmao

              thanks austin i was able to get in there tonight my daughters mom changed the time till tomorrow morning so i said f it. on a funny note why is it that everyones gf think they can kick your ass? my gf well i used to wrestle with my ex an kick his ass i said babe i would just take u down an hold u an let u wear out no no i would be able to get up ok a guy who was 5'7" an looked like 180lbs her ex compared to me a guy 5'9" 235 who lifts like a crazy man this girl is nuts i will let her win though if she does try to wrestle lol

                            nada today ray ray (no homo) lol. I am about to go pick up the kids in about an hour or so, then my woman is coming over after she goes to a dr. appointment.

                            diet is basically anything i want to eat for the day i dont eat any junk food really anymore at all or soda but a lot lot lot of food an if i have cheat meal stuff like the other day after back I had like 8 pieces of pizza, 5 breadsticks, then 1/2 gallon of arnold palmer lemonade an tea.
