    Chins, Dips

    Almost blew out my knee. Started out box squatting before moving into ATG squats. Not the brightest idea, my right knee started caving in with 309 on my back first set out of box squatting, so I dropped the weights and ramped back up. Knee is feeling better than I expected this morning. My elbow was also really flaring up, not sure why. Power cleaning 200 was surprisingly easy. I can definitely tell that my strength through the hips has made some improvements since I dropped the 5/3/1 and started using a conjugate system.
