    pull once per week.
    alternate between higher reps and lower reps
    do only 1 all out set. (after warm ups of course)
    week 1 - big set of 10
    week 2 - big set of 5
    week 3 - big set of 10 hopefully 5-10 pounds more than last time
    week 4 - big set of 4
    week 5 - big set of 10 (up 10 more)
    week 6 - big set of 3
    week 7 - big set of 10 (up 10 more)
    week 8 - big set of 2
    week 9 - big set of 10 (up 10 more)
    week 10 - SINGLE

    works pretty good
