      Unreal workout! I can barely walk today. I got to lead the workout today and it looks like I may be doing so for legs a regular basis. I get pretty wild with it!

        Thursday - AM

        On 3hrs sleep after training a bunch of clients and sweating with them I did 20mins stairmaster and some core...felt like death

        Thursday - PM Chest & Rally time

        Drank some NO Xplode, ate 1 cup of oatmeal, panini pressed a pbj on a tortilla. AMAZING! Boom! I was back in it. I came alive. Earlier that day I was trying to talking my way out of DB Incline BP...next thing I know I'm setting PRs!
