      • Yesterdays workout was pretty similar to vid but did incline chest press with 45's along with laying overhead extensions on cable 70lbs right into jump squats on bench.


        Then moved on to hammer strength for declines 80lbs on each side 12,10,10,8 reps right into bosu ball side jumps 30 right into 15 situps and turn that sucker over to do push ups 15 reps rinse and repeat 4 times .


        last was free style motion machine cable chest press 4 sets 70lbs, 10,10,8, 7


        finished off with 1000m row and done !!!

                  ok here goes. turn that wobble board 1/4 turn to make it more difficult/effective.

                          • yesterdays workout was BACK

                            warmed up the muskels and then did the following:

                            one arm dumbell rows

                            80lbs 10reps
                            80lbs 10 reps
                            90lbs 10 reps
                            100lbs 8 reps 2 sets

                            lat pull downs

                            70lbs 12 reps
                            80lbs 12 reps
                            90lbs 10 reps all super sets with renegade rows used 25lbs dumb bells same rep scheme as lat pull downs

                            Hammer Strength machine rows (singles) with 2 45's on each side

                            10reps 4 sets and super set that will pull ups 5 reps 4 sets

                            DONE WITH TRAINING AND MOVED ONTO 10 MINUTES OF HIT CARDIO

                              • YESTERDAY SHOULDER DAY

                                Warmed up doing

                                rotator cuff stretching

                                Moving on to barbell shoulder press
                                45lbs 2 sets 10 reps
                                90lbs 3 sets 10 reps
                                superset that with medicine ball wall throw 10lbs 5 set total and 10 reps each set

                                single arm shoulder press using dumb bells
                                40lbs 3 sets 8 reps super set that with alt. front raises 20 lbs 8 reps right into elevated pike push ups 8 reps 3 sets


                                Then moved on to a body drag on floor using 12 lbs cause 15's were all being used right into a shoulder press ...see video below, MINUS THE RENEGADE ROW ...



                                FiNAL EXERCISE was rear delts and dumb bell snatches 40lbs 3 sets 10 reps for snatches and 10 reps for rear delts on cable 25 lbs each set
