    Good session, ran through in 50 minutes. My traps are still on fire from the last supersets. The reverse pec deck really hit the rear delts nice.

    Chest and shoulders are sore as shit from yesterday so will be able to add more weight next Sunday.

    Cardio later today...

        Painful session, just pushed through, note that the distance is low, but I crank up the incline to max height so I can burn more kcals...

          Machine pullovers and underhand shoulder width grip pulldowns, never felt 2 exercises hit my upper back better, do them, wish I had access to pullovers at home, trying to figure out a free weight variation, but so far I haven't been able to get the form right.

              Cool I will try out the pull downs, but don't have a pullover at my gym...can't u do pull overs with cables?

                    You could try pulling an incline up to the tower and use a cambered bar to do pullovers. I usually do that for chest but I'm sure you could isolate your lats somehow (assuming that's what you're doing). Also, I always see the swimmers standing facing the tower, bent at the knees, standing kind of far away and doing straight arm pressdowns and lats are pretty much the only thing they have going for them.

                              Absolutely brutal, I had the worst acid heartburn, took 45 minutes to do the lifting and then after 10 minutes on the bike, started feeling sharp stomach pains and watery mouth, ran to the bathroom and puked for about 10 min straight.

                              Don't know what the fuck I ate...it fucked up my entire session>>>BUT I still did it so IMO that's all that matters.

                              Time for a bowl so I can force down some food...UGGG
