            you must have killed it with the intensity on legs! I used to always puke during legs and I was never satisfied unless i saw my lunch for the 2nd time that day .

              • Yup 10 min or so straight barfing...annoying since I hate to cut my cardio short and really couldn't perform up to my max on the lifting. Oh well...

                That kinda workout makes me stronger mentally even if I didn't hit any PR's cause next week I will destroy it, lifting will seem easy compared to that session.

                  I've only ever puked once at the gym, the worst part is that your energy goes to shits after puking, it's almost impossible to finish a workout.

                    • Damn man...nice vomit job! Puking for 10 minutes will definitely offload a lot of stomach acid and subsequently hydrogen ions increasing your blod pH and causing shallow breathing...metabolic alkalosis FTW!!!

                            Good session, just tired a bit, I'm hoping this new training will help get my arms growing and stronger...I've stayed at pretty much the same weights for the past 2 months.
