  • Man nice freaking work on your arm session! Man you get your cardio done, haha i bitched out today since the rain has poured down all day long! Lesson of the day: Always do your cardio on pre-set time, no matter what the circumstances are, lol!

                Awesome work in here man! Killer arm session. You'll get those arms growing no worries. At the end of your workout have you ever just held DBs/Plates in the curl position for as long as possible? It's a pretty sweet feeling.

                  • Good arm workout. Nothing beats close grip bench presses for tris. I love to do them on a smith machine--takes a lot of delt work out of it.

                    • Another vote for the smith, I'm going to change it up next week and use that instead of regular bench.

                      • Yeah I love the smith for close grips too. Especially on a decline bench. Feel's so right on my shoulders as my elbows and shoulders are perfectly under the bar.

                            Abs


                            Classic Situps: 35,22,16,12
                            V Crunches: 16,12,9

                            So freaking tired, just putting the time in, legs are sore as shit so just took it easy on the treadmill.

                            Either way I'm glad I did it
