Agreed about the lats...thanks for the motivation Merat.

That bike wore me out, just woke up from a 1hr nap.

            Legs/Calves

            Squats: 2x15(70,80), 1x10(90), 5x5(120) 1x15(80) + 10lbs on all
Prone Squat: 5x5 (160) + 20 or switch back to Leg Press
            Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 1x15(85), 9,7,6(115)
Standing Calf Raise: 3x30(45) + 10lbs on all
            Seated Calf Raise: 24,21,19(50)

50 min workout, great pump, walked out with shaky legs.

The leg press was taken so I went to what I guess is a prone squat.

You lay down w/ two pads on the shoulders and push up...so if anyone knows what that machine is called...LMK.

Looking at pics I don't think that's it...

You don't actually push up, you push back on a horizontal plane

Thx bro...yeah from what I can tell it was a hack which was ok but after the 3rd set started to hurt my knees even though the weight was easy.

Haha...yeah, that's why I hate it. It's one of the most un-natural feeling machines I've ever used. On me personally it just creates this sheering feeling in my knees especially at the bottom. I just read today somewhere that a pro gets into it face down and just bends at the waist instead of bending his knees...I guess it really hits lower back and hams.

Im not a big fan of most hack squats either, to much knee shear.

And the exercise BBoy is reffering to iss a hack squat good morning.

And you work up to 5x5 with a certain weight, plus a 15 rep finisher? Trying to add weight on the 5x5 week to week i assume?
Turn the other cheek and I'll break your fucking chin.
