    Flat/Incline bench are coming along slowly but surely.

    Will be making the following additions next week.

    Incline Bench: 3x8(155) - 20lbs increase
    Flat Bench: 3x8(185) - 30lbs increase

    What's your thoughts on the reps? In previous sessions I've been getting 8,6,4 without a spotter and being very careful.

            The reps are fine. Just keep pushing the weight each week, try and get someone to spot you if you can, if not why not bench in a smith machine?

            You got to be confortable with a weight to bench on your own thats for sure!!

            And the dumbbell curls form is ok, have you seen branch warren curling? lol!! stick with the heavy shit, its going to build your foundation!!

                        SOME PEOPLE DONT BECAUSE OF THE FIXED BAR, BUT CAN BE SAFER IF U HAVE NO SPOT.

                          In the video, he stressed form in regards to a tight squeeze at the top of the rep and then a slow negative release...

                              Back/Traps

                              Abs:
                              Cable Crunches: 35(100), 21,16,11(120)
                              Decline Situps: 15,10,8,7
                              Leg Raises: 21,117,6

                              Chins:
                              5,4,3

                              Deadlifts:

                              15(135),
                              10(185),
                              5(225)

                              Absolute terrible session, on my last rep on the deadlifts felt a burning pain in my right side.

                              Dropped the bar and figured it would go away, no luck, the pain got worse shooting down my right leg.

                              Tried to do my t-bar rows but no way in hell, just fucking killer pain...

                              I don't know if doing abs first fucked me up or some kinda bad form, but I'm sol right now.
