    Cool, I haven't used straps before so probably wouldn't have any idea of how to use 'em.

    I'll stick w/ the bb rows and next time make sure I focus on changing my posture.

                Just reupped on all my supplements:

                Got the following:

                AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme - 3.5 lbs
                NOW CarboGain - 7lbs
                GNC Creatine Monohydrate - 1lb
                VPX Meltdown - 120 caps

                I never tried the AMP protein before, but couldn't pass up the deal, on sale for total of $20. Usually get NOW Whey Isolate, hopefully this is ok, looking at the product info, its 20 grams protein per scoop, 7 grams carbs, 280 cals.

                Total cost for 1 month supplements: $80

                Anybody use that AMP protein or is it shitty?
