Isn't that kind of counter-productive for your goals?

My worst workout in 2 months due to my massive hangover...I thought I was going to die.

I decided to pop 2 meltdowns about 20 minutes before, it gave me great energy boost, but put me on the john about every 15 minutes...

Note to self don't drink for a very long time...
Nice training...that's wierd the meltdown makes you shit! Don't give up drinking, lol, you just have to do more cardio!

    *Hammersmith Vert Chest

Felt fairly good better than Monday but not 100%. However got a really good pump from the HS Vert Chest. That machine works good to bring in a tight pump for the inner chest.

Increased weight and reps for the flys and Hammer DB Bench Press.

Nice work...is the HS Vert Chest the one that the hinge is above your head and you push out and up and can pull the handles towards eachother at the top?

Yeah it was probably a combo of beer and the meltdown

For the Vert Chest I grab the handles and push forward. As you push forward, your hands come in closer for the pump I was referring to...

      • Anyone wanna suggest some forearm routines?

I'm going to add that in on my Bis/Tris day at the end of the workout...

So far thinking about Ezbar Reverse Curls and Reverse DB Curls...

        • I would suggest a finisher for bi's with a reverse grip, high rep reverse curls, high rep hammers, machine curls w/ reverse grip.

Then a direct movement for forearms, maybe alternate btb wrrist curls, and seated reverse wrist curls.
Turn the other cheek and I'll break your fucking chin.

              • I'll start with the reverse grip curls - 3x30 and then the gorilla curls - 3x30 as well...

                • Does your gym have a wrist roller? Have you tried that forearm burnout thing ?

Nice workout today. I'm throwing around Ideas for a new training split and I might use a day like this in between big body parts.
