        Some light biceps due to some bicep and shoulder strain. Cut the skull crushers short and didnt go heavy due to them fucking with my shoulder some. :

                • 1-05-10 Tuesday Back and Lower Back

                  At 24 hour fitness today which is more limiting to back training. Decided to try to Iso High Row Hammer Strength machine for back and was better then I thought. Not as good as the iso low row at the other gym, but harder angle so I wont need as much weight. So I will add that into the routine most likely when I train there.

                  Shoulder joints still got some strain so didnt go to heavy, especially on lat pulldowns

                      The only things holding me back at the moment are food and drug consumption.

                      Its very difficult for me to grow at this point without drugs. Gonna try to eat heavily for size and see if I can grow that way though. Dont have the money for any cycles and it might be a while. Plus most of my training has been without drugs. Ive only done a few very low dose cycles and it was within the last year post injury, to get back.

                      • 1-8-10 Friday Attempted chest session (15 mins cardio)

                        My timing today got fucked up. Took my stimulants and then had a 3 hour interruption. So stims got wasted and was hungry again. So ate, took my stims again, followed by my fourth shit. Got to the gym too late to get any decent random spotters. I decided that it was a waste of energy for me to train chest on machines and dumbbells. For me thats almost like not training chest. My first set on bench was also shit. Shoulders felt ok though.

                        I will try to get in tommorrow earlier when I can get some better spotters. Bcause of my shoudlers and back, and how i position myself lower on the bench, I am fucked without a lift off. :

                        (199 lbs after 2 meals)

                        Flat bench press: (3/4 reps til end then locked)

                        135x20 (warm)
                        225x34 (very weak. 8 reps from best)

                        Decided to fuck it and do some cardio , 15 minutes

                        Then fucked around some more with chest

                        Hammer Strength Incline Press:

                        270x30 1/2

                        Then decided to get the fuck out and eat. Try again tommorrow

                              These days Im much more adaptable. Decided that it was a waste of energy to continue under the circumstances. The extra day of rest is good for my shoulders too. I may train chest,shoulders, biceps and triceps , plus extras all in one day tommorow to make up for it. Not sure yet.
