        What would you do if you were in a bathroom renovation store and you saw a homeless guy taking a dump in a toliet in the middle of the store and he looked as you passed by and said, "Hey, how are ya?"

                        • 2-2-10 Tuesday Back (20 mins cardio)

                          Decent workout but not the same as the other gym I used to train at. I think that next week I will train back at the old gym again so I can KILL it proper and also this week hit chest there as well.

                          Started Pump by animal pak and also twinlabs liquid aminos. 6 tbsp a day. Thats ontop of my pre workout stimulant cocktail, fiber drink and extra creatine by N2.

                          Got really agressive ont he shit when mixed with my pre workout stims. Felt great energy wise.:

                            I have no idea how you do 20+ wide grip chins. I can do 2-3 at this bodyweight which is a few pounds heavier than yourself. I am doing back today, I may have to show you how pathetic I am.

                            I have never done a pulldown with more than 350....damn!

                            I am training back today. I have no plans for my session as of yet.

                                I was up to 40 chin ups when I was around 200. I should still be around there on a good day. I do them wide grip overhanded.

                                345x17 was my best on the lat pulldowns and 400 for 7 before something popped in my bicep. Ended that set early.

                                Shit was funny. ha ha. Kill some back and FILM that shit!!
