      Even though I know that my digital scale is about 2 lbs difference. I just dont count the shit til its official. Kind of fucked up.

      Ten minute drive only and no traffic at 2am. Also got in 20 mins cardio, which is so fucking boring, I will only do it in a gym.

          • The beastdrol is great overall. Only thing I felt this time is some lethargy, tiredness. Today I was knocked the fuck out.

            Its worth it though for this kind of progress. Highly reccomend the shit

            • 2-08-10 Monday Attempted traniing session

              Things did not go as planned. I left late to go to my gym which closes at 10pm. Would have had 3-4 hours to train, however got caught up in a massive traffic jam. Hour and a half, plus another 30 mins to get to the gym. By this time I was starving and only had hour and a half to train back. So weighed myself and decided FUCK THAT SHIT. Ill hit it tommorrow. Could use the 24 hour gym but im done for the night, and the equipment there isnt good enough for me.

              Left the gym and KILLED a pizza.:

              (207 after one meal, 2 shits , and starving after traffic jam)

              Will try again tommorrow

              Right arm was 18 3/4 inches cold after my little nap. Was so tired could hardly stay up at first.

                • Could use the 24 hour gym but im done for the night, and the equipment there isnt good enough for me.
                  I go to 24hr, but the location I go to is very old, and they don't give a fuck about my grunts, moans, or violent aggression on the weights. It's nice I must say, especially for a corp. gym. Usually they're very pussified about that kind of shit. I train like a maniac there it's great. I get weird looks sometimes though lol. Thanx again for youR reply on my benching question in Rodney Roller. I KILL THAT SHIT LIKE WHAT STAR WARS DID TO ALL THE CAREERS OF THE ACTORS IN THOSE FILMS EXCEPT, HARRISON FORD!!!

                      Yea I dont have any problems with TEARIN shit up in there. Everyone leaves me alone. But the only hammer strength machine for back they have that is decent is the high row machine. Prefer the low row and also like to use the tbar rows. Limits my back training there. I am limited to machines with all my strains but go extremely heavy.

                              KILLED SOME SHIT!!

                              Was real good to train back at my old KILLIN grounds. The gym I was using since I came back from my injuries, but use less because I moved.

                              Fuckin love trainin back in that place. As shown by my back workout compared to training at that fuckin 24 hour fitness shit. My back feels like its behind to me, from training at this other gym, but it should come back now that Ill be hittin it here again.

                              Crazy shit before coming in the gym. Like I said I almost blacked out recently going fuckin wild in my car. ha ha. I think my blood pressure is up or some shit on the beastdrol. Cuz I felt like that before I entered the gym. Like I might fuckin expire before I get to the weight room. ha ha Like my blood is pumpin slow, like its thick or some shit. Something is different.

                              After a few sets I got over it though. I didnt go super high rep cuz I didnt wanna burst some shit in my head today or have a heart attack. THen will not reach my goal of 220 by 3-3-10. :
