      I hit 210 recently , might have been in the 211-212 range when fully fed, but not where I weigh in at (the gym).

      Overslept today and crammin shit down. Woke up too light. Will weigh in shortly when I train legs in a few hours though

          • 2-1-10 Wednesday Quads,Hamstrings and Abs (20 mins cardio)

            Just some leg maintenance to make up for what I missed last week. Will do full leg session at end of week most likely. Avoided presses this session so back isnt too strained for tommorrow benching routine.

            Also hit 211 on the gym scale. My heaviest on that scale so far. 220 is the goal by 3-3-10:

            (211 after two large meals and alot of liquids)

            • 2-11-10 Thursday Chest

              KILLED THAT SHIT

              4 more PRs on the bench. The beastdrol is definately kickin. I would have liked to do 15-20 sets on the bench as usual but my spotter cancelled again this week. So I had to go to the other gym and get randoms. I could have attempted 315 again and got more reps I believe, or some other PRs, but didnt feel like dealing with anymore people. Next week hopefully the guy will show up. This resulted in lower volume then usual on the bench, only 5 sets. All my sets were PRs though. Hit 315x15 despite repping the two prior weights, 225x46 and 275x30 to failure. Fresh with just minimal reps on those two sets, like ive been doing, I might hit 20 or close to it by next week. We will see.

              My 315 should be very close to, if not at 20 reps by the end of this cycle on 3-3-10 and bodyweight I plan to get around 220 by then.:

              (206 lbs before meals)

              Flat Bench Press: (3/4 reps until end then locked out)

              135x20 (warm)
              225x45 3/4 (3 rep PR)
              275x30 (5 rep PR)
              315x15 (1 rep PR)
              340x6 (1 rep PR I think)

              Would have done another 10-15 sets of bench but getting random spotters fucks shit up. Next week volume should be better

                  That was consistant with me for legs in the past. And only once on a shoulder workout I believe. Less rest between sets will contribute too. With legs it didnt matter though. Was no avoiding it

                        Drink a ton of water eat a lot of salt...just get as bloated as possible especially before bench day. Being bloated helps pushing the weight... always has for me.

                              • 2-12-10 Friday Shoulders (20 mins cardio)

                                Hit a new bodyweight PR at 213 lbs. Looks like 220 by 3-3-10 is gonna be too easy at this point. Up 7 lbs from 206 in 9 days.

                                The beastdrol is very potent at 30mg a day. have never made progress this quickly. The shit is filling me out nicely. Also seems to have a diuretic effect. Everything has become denser and I noticed water drained from my abs and they are solid and tighter without any diet modifications. Just eating heavily to grow. :

                                (213 lbs after asian buffet, another meal, and alot of liquids)
