I have not had a TV dinner in years! How is fake food nowadays?
No bananas or apples? I eat a piece of fruit before most meals now, it spikes my insulin and I am hungrier sooner for my nexy meal. I started this a few weeks ago and it has made a difference.
Dancing bananas with signs are even tastier!
Do you eat raw meat? Seriously, some people say it is awesome for muscle growth.
Do granny's look at you strange when you go grocery shopping?
Do you say, "I will kill your shit if you continue to stare!" I hope not.
You're cool shit my books, no matter how crossed your wires are.
Its been a while. No fruits, veggies, vitamins. None of that shit
I hear automatic door locks clicking often

KEEP KILLIN IT!!
Here is the key to continued weight gain with SD Beast and this is where everyone stops gaining.
When you first start using SD and bump your cals, you are eating enough to not only maintain, but gain weight with the current muscle you have on your frame.
2 weeks into the cycle, when one has added 10 lb's of muscle on their frame, their cal requirmenst go up about 500 more just to maintan their new bodyweight compred to what they had to eat in the beginning.
So, the same amount of cals that had you slamming on the weight in the beginning will not have you gaining at the same rate once you add 10 lb's of new muscle.
The problem is, few people raise their cals again to keep on gaining for the last 2 weeks and lose out of the weight gaining potential with SD during the 2nd half of the cycle.
Also, if weight gain stops for even 2 to 3 days at the most, IMMEDIATE caloric adjustments need to be made because you don't have a lot of time to fuck around before raising them. Otherwise, your cycle will be over!

Fucking excellent. That is the information I needed. Thank you.
I was wondering what was causing the quick weight gain in the first 10 days (7 lbs)
And also need to be vigilante in eating. I think Ive been getting too lax with that, and will start actually counting calories. Havent done that yet, just been eating.
Do calories from olive oil count too?
Thanks again

A little progress update.
On my way coming back from my 2 year lay off, this is where I was at in august 2008:
185 lbs
And currently
210 lbs
Arms only up 1/2 an inch to 18 3/4 from 18 1/4
Back increased considerably though.
Still I think I lost some back size in these new pics, from training at an under equipped gym.
Now I am training again at my old KILLING grounds for back. So it should blow up in the next year if all goes well
Last year I had too much bullshit in my life. Too many distractions from eating enough. Still the foundation is in place to build off now
