    • 2-18-10 Thursday morning Abs, Weigh in and 20 mins cardio

      Mainly I went to the gym to weigh in. I topped the nights meals off with 48 ounces of soy milk and left to go weigh myself nice n bloated.

      Bodyweight PR of 215 lbs. Would be 216 or more at my old gym, but wont be weighing there after meals. Since I go there earlier and its far, and only once a week for back training.

      I am 4-5 lbs away from my goal of 220 lbs by 3-3-10. Should hit it easily by then. My goal for now is only to hit it, since its a new weight. I wont stop there if I can continue more gains on the beastdrol cycle which ends then. 220 would be a 14 lb gain within 4 weeks. Would be the most ive ever gained in that time period. This is probably the strongest shit ive ever taken, aside from the m1t before the ban.:

      Late tonight should be chest training. Hopefully my spotter shows up and I will be aiming for 315x20 as my main target tonight on bench. I hit 15 last week after hitting two sets to failure, 225x46 and 275x30, so there is no reason that I shouldnt come close if I am not wasting my energy on those light sets.

                This beastdrol is some potent incredible shit. 405 was no longer a goal of mine since I dont max anymore, but it got caught in the crossfire tonight. Everything was so fucking light I decided to toss it in towards the end. Not fresh at all. Was gonna hit 405 when I could get it for reps, but wasnt concerned with 1RM's since my goals now are more size related.

                405 flew up super fast, but then the guy spotting me touched it very slightly at the end of my lockout since he thought it was ready to be racked. So I didnt get the full satisfaction of the lift. Dont count shit when it gets touched. Everything was so light though that I have no doubt that 405 is below my max right now though. Especially since I wasnt fresh when I did it. Ill play with it some more in the coming weeks too. :

                (211 lbs on digital gym scale, makes me lighter then where I usually weigh in, so maybe 212-213 after one meal, clothed)

                  Tell me you at least do this mid-day not 5 PM.

                  I don't get why you wouldn't count the 405...if he just touched it...that doesn't do much if anything significant.

                    The whole session today was 3 1/2 hours. That was just chest. Had I done shoulders and some extras it wouldve been easily 5.

                    Though wasnt all on the bench. In the past though Id have 7 hour chest sessions. Got carried away with the mental preparation. ha ha Very high volume back then though too.

                    This session started at 10pm. Not that it would make a difference

                    Sometimes the fingers on the bar can easily give 10-30 lbs. There is no way for me to guage that. It doesnt matter too much since maxing isnt my goal now. Mainly the size and building my reps up. Luckily it was at the very top of the lift and the bar never stopped. Since most of my reps are 3/4 til the end , he thought I was ready to rerack. I would have liked to get that extra lock just for the fuck of it. Not a big deal though.

                    Ill probably play with it again in the following few weeks.

                        Have heard that super drol is compared to anadrol. Have never tried those though. This shit seems very strong. Never got gains like this before from anything. Im interested to see how much I can keep too, so that I have a better starting point for the next cycle.

                          Oh absolutly better starting point is given. If you get to 220-225 on cycle then 1-2 month after are still above 210 then this was a sucess.

                          My last cycle wich was test for 6 weeks got me from 202 to 220 about a month after I was around 210-212 and almost as strong. Now Ive been injured for a month (lower back AND neck) been a bitch to train so Ive dipped down to 205. Although im better now gonna train natural all of this year I think.

                          Keep going strong pretty soon you will be repping 450 on the bench!

                          • yeah stupid people count reps when spotter spots with little tension on last rep you cant get. HELLO you couldn't get that rep if he wasn't there , no matter if the tension was 1gram of the weight for you to push up less. Ive never counted one of those reps in my life, or even 1/2 a rep like going for pr i get 8 then next time 8 1/2 still 8 because i didn't COMPLETE lift w/o help. If you gonna count those reps just dont use collars and youll probably get that rep w/o someone helping you cheat. BTW beast prs walking just warm up with less reps then do 405x how many till you cant move it on 1st heavy set its called slingshot training. I told you your at your limit and superdrol and most anas will make you strong but mass results wont be prevelant till 2nd-3rd cycle of anything. If you train for mass most likely youll gain more strength than doing shitty fast reps like a P/L, but a good P/L has heavy slow days / then 2nd training day is fast light reps.

                              Thats a huge gain. Similiar to what Im going for. I started at 206 and my goal is to hit 220 within 4 weeks on this cycle. If I maintain in that 210-212 range that would be fine. My strength should still be quite high at that weight. Probably the same if not higher then what its at now.

                              I always like to get as big as I can without any AAS, that way when you hit the shit you have a stronger foundation to build off of.

                              450 for reps will be fuckin nice. I can definately see that happening now. The 300's have become very light.

                              We will see what happens. I will probably take 6-8 weeks off after this beastdrol cycle. Im stocked up so I can run it anytime. Im in no rush, I just want steady progress now. It all adds up

                                I dont really cycle heavy and light days. Its mostly all to failure and all at a full variety of rep ranges and weights. I always seem to pay for any lapse in intensity or lighter training. Lose size or strength quickly in my chest always it seems.

                                My reps are very fast,explosive,ballistic with very little negative. I seem to respond best to explosive type of training. I havent changed it up from that in a long time.

                                You are saying I am at my natural limit? I dont think Im quite there, but my rate of progress without any AAS is super slow at this point. With a mass amount of food I might still be able to gain naturally though, since my metabolism has slowed. A real bitch though.

                                I dont consider myself any specific type of lifter (powerlifter,bodybuilder,weightlifter,etc). I just thrive off training heavy for the vent, mentally, the adrenaline and my goal is also to become massive. Open to try different methods though and experiment.

                                I will probably focus more on building my reps high with 365 first before hitting reps with 405. Though I might be good for a few reps soon at the end of all my other failure sets.

                                Now that 315 has become very light, it might be time soon to make that a warm up set as well and only do 5 reps or some shit. Then rep out the heavier shit. Save some energy. Maybe 340 or 365.

                                I count 1/2 reps and 3/4 reps only to give myself an idea where I was at. Most of my reps are around 3/4 anyway , until the last few which I lock out.

                                Yea I dont count reps that were assisted in any way. The only reason I listed 405 this time as KILLED is cuz of where my strength is at now. It shouldve never been touched regardless. 365 is quite light now so 405 isnt gonna be an issue. It was a fuck around set really, cuz my goals are all for reps now. I wasnt planning to put that on the bar. I was pretty pre exhausted.

                                Not familiar with slingshot training and still dont understand it from your description
