                  Seems blood pressure has been high just going off feeling. Real light headed before I entered the gym. More so then usual. So towards the end didnt have the energy for the usual volume, cardio or trap work. Didnt wanna black out.

                        I am feelin the toll of the beastdrol in week 3 but hopefully will manage to gain a little more on it. We will see. I definately feel I can make more strength gains on the bench in the next 2 weeks, starting with this thursdays chest session.

                        315 for 20 plus, 340 for 12 + , 365 for 6+ and maybe 405-415 are some possibilities for that session. We will see.

I hit 15 last week after hitting two sets to failure, 225x46 and 275x30, so there is no reason that I shouldnt come close if I am not wasting my energy on those light sets.

                          Beast, I commend your intenisty, as it blows away most guys and your attitude toward training should be a lesson to many guys who always have a negative attitude.

                          However, I believe you may make bigger strength gains by saving your lighter weight bench stes for the end of your workout instead of the beginning.

                          By doing sets with 225 lb's and 275 lb's to failure before you do 315 or more to failure, you are taking away from your body's ability to move the maximum amount of weight for the maximum amount of reps with the heavier, more effective weights.

                          I think you may get even better rssults by doing some thing like this, kind of in a reverse order.

                          Warm-ups.
                          Set #1: 10-12 reps to failure
                          Set #2: 6-8 reps to failure.
                          Set #3: Heavier set (optional).
                          Set #4: 315 lb's to failure.
                          Set #5: 275 lb's to failure.
                          Set #6: 225 lb's to failure.

                          It doesn't have to be just like this, but you get the piojnt. Doing all those really high rep sets burns you out for the really effective weights. Also, if you do your heavier, lower rep sets first, they will not tire you out nearly as much as your lighter sets, so you will still be able to do a shitload of reps with the lighter weight after your heavier sets.

                          Just an idea, as the body acclimates itself to the stress imposed upon it and by the time you get to the heavier stes, you can't impose the same stress due to being fatigued.

                          Just throwing it out there for you. Of course, there would be nothing wrong with going to failure with a lighter weight first every now and then just to see what you can do.

A large poortion of the strength gains will be maintained as well, much more than with anadrol.                             It is more potent than drol on paper and gives about equal strength gains, as well as equal muscle fiber size increases. It is the strongest oral steroid currently being produced by either UGL or OTC. No other steroid in the wolrd will give 12-20 lb's of lean, water free muscle increases in 30 days.

                            It is stronger than D-bol and every other oral, including injectable such as test, tren, etc. Those AAS need to be used in much higher doses for much longer to see the same gains.
