    As always, incredible posts. Appreciate that shit. I did not gain yet like I had hoped, and feeling a bit nauseated lately. I think my liver and kdneys feeling the toll of this stuff. No liver support or blodd pressure support. Just 30mg daily. Maybe I need to cut it back. Not sure.

    Yea what you said about the benching makes sense. I did high reps again the other week, on the lighter sets due to having to get random spotters. The last week however I just did warm up sets with 225 and 275 and then repped 315 and up. You are right though, 315 is now one of those light weights at 20 reps. Maybe I should cut that one back too soon? Like 5 reps. Im not sure. Ill consider that in the next few weeks.

    Yes I used to do this. Rep out at the END mainly. Worked very well. Just havent in years. Might be a good idea to go back to that eventually. The muscle actually keeps most of the endurance for the light stuff towards the end.

      My off day, just some extras. Feeling pretty damn nauseated and super fuckin tired on the drol at 30 mgs in week 3 of the beastdrol. Not sure my next step yet. :

          I couldnt tell you the legality as Im confused myself however those two sites I mentioned still ship em out.

          I actually dried out and got denser and leaner. Not a huge degree. But instead of putting on water getting denser and bigger. Fuck, thats some good shit right there

          The beastdrol is harsh though. Im feelin more sides on my third week at 30 mgs. I hear deislebolan is much less harsh and also very potent. I have a bottle but wont run it for a few months. Need a break

                • I stopped taking Dbol and I dropped 10 pounds of water in 10 days. But, I am still on the eth, eq, and tren. Real men take pins, man up. Make A1 proud.

                  I feel much better, but I am eating cleaner and getting ready to start a prep.

                  I benched 315 and deaded 495 at a body weight of 197 yesterday.

                  I could not have done neither lift at 220 last year let alone 197. It has been a great offseason for me. I just realized that you're always in offseason mode.

                  I have to start a diet soon. Lucky me.

                  I thought you would care to know this shit, if not, too bad.

                  READ THAT SHIT!.... I think the MD you're in is coming out soon.

                      Excellent progress. When I ran my dbol cycle I went form 190 to 200 and kept all the size and strength gains in 26 days. No losses at 50mg daily. As for the pins, I have the access, just not the money now. Thus the superdrol for now.

                      I actually grew afterward, being off everything, to 208 lbs and getting stronger at the time.

                      Some of this was muscle memory though too, since I was coming back from that lay off.

                      Gettin fuckin strong! Yes I dont compete and always looking to gain. To lean is super easy for me and happens naturally with stress and shit.

                      This super drol doesnt seem to give me any water gains. I got quite a bit dryer from it. So we will see.

                      Wasnt it supposed to be in the may issue?

                              • 2-25-10 Thursday Chest (10 mins cardio)

                                KILLED SOME SHIT

                                Completely run down today. Struggle just to function. Didnt take my usual stims pre workout cuz my kidneys feel toxic, just feel contaminated, hung over. Extremely lethargic, bad headaches, bones ache, felt like walking dead.

                                The drol has run its course. 3 weeks seems enough for me. Running it longer and not being able to take down the neccesary meals would be a waste.

                                Was just about falling asleep on the drive to gym. Had a red bull only during training which is like nothing for me. Feelin like death but KILLED a few things.

                                It is tempting having increased my 315 by 9 fucking reps in week 3, to keep running this shit. Only I feel fucked up. Dark piss and a bunch of sides at this point. Very hard to function and even take down food.

                                Thinking of starting PCT toaday, but if there are some good suggestions maybe Ill try em.

                                My conclusion on the beastdrol for me is, incredible strength gains. Decent weight gain, though not huge measurement increases. Just fuller and 1/4 inch on arms and legs. Mostly strength for me.
