Yea what you said about the benching makes sense. I did high reps again the other week, on the lighter sets due to having to get random spotters. The last week however I just did warm up sets with 225 and 275 and then repped 315 and up. You are right though, 315 is now one of those light weights at 20 reps. Maybe I should cut that one back too soon? Like 5 reps. Im not sure. Ill consider that in the next few weeks.
Yes I used to do this. Rep out at the END mainly. Worked very well. Just havent in years. Might be a good idea to go back to that eventually. The muscle actually keeps most of the endurance for the light stuff towards the end.
