    Appreciate that shit!!

Legs actually got the sorest theyve been in a very long time. Those deep reps are really what was needed. They will stay in the routine.

Not only that but they were just under 27 inches at 26 3/4 which is 1/4 inch increase. So the shit worked.

            • 4-27-10 Tuesday Back and Traps

Time constraints with only about 2 1/2 hours to train today. So some back and trap work got cut out, less recovery between sets and no extras today.

Hit 213 on a basically empty stomach though. The dieselbolan is kicking in definately. From 204 back up to 213 already in the first week. :

(213 lbs on a pretty empty stomach)

              Wide Grip Chin Ups:

              30
              13
              12
              10
              9

              Iso Low Row Hammer Strength:

              270x25 warm
360x100 (PR, lots of brief rest pauses used)
              450x41 (PR, same)
              450x16

              T-Bar Rows:

              135x20
              225x5
              180x10

Lots of bicep strain by this point

              Lat Pulldowns:

              210x11 warm (Holding contractions)
              250x11 (Holding contractions)
285x12 (Mostly ballistic with some contractions held)
250x18 (Mostly ballistic with some contractions held)

Barbell Shrugs: (Running out of time by this point)

              315x25
              405x22
              495x15

              Dumbbell Shrugs:

              100x50

              Barbell Shrugs:

              545x5

The body weight went up pretty good the first week. From 204 to 213, depending on when I weighed.

We will see what happens in the following weeks

                  • 4-29-10 Thursday Chest and Calves (20 mins cardio)

Collar bone popped some during inclines. So switched back over to flat bench.
Experimented with paused reps as a finisher. Might incorporate those for a while. Got good contractions. Might be useful as a method to avoid injury in the future as strength increases. A way to train lighter and make the shit more strenuous on the muscle :

                    (211 lbs after meal)

Strict Incline Press: (3/4 reps til end then locked out. Strict refers to feet planted on floor.)

                    135x20 warm
225x38 (2 rep PR. Collar bone popped mid set)
                    275x12 (Collar bone issues)

Switched to flat bench to avoid injury.

Flat Bench Press: (3/4 reps til end then locked out)

                    135x20 warm
                    225x44
                    275x26
                    315x11
                    340x5
350 (Fail cuz I was fucking with some pad around the bar. Cut my range of motion)
                    350x4 1/2
                    335x7
                    335x6 1/2
                    335x4 3/4
                    335x1 (Full rep)
                    315x7-8
                    315x1 (Full rep)

Paused Repetitions: (4 second pause at bottom and full lockout)

                    225x7
                    225x8
                    275x3 3/4
                    275x2

                    Incline Press Machine: (pin loaded)

400x1 (Stopped due to collar bone issues)

                    Rotary Calf Machine:

                    130x50
                    205x50
                    215x50 (Stack)
                    215x60
                    215x50

                    20 Mins Cardio

My soreness varies but usually not too bad. The body adapts. Legs were real sore after going back to those deep reps again. But soon they wont have the same effect. Back is nearly impossible for me to get sore.

Motivation has never been an issue since the beginning. The drive was always extremely strong. I do get bored as fuck and hungry though during training. Accessory training and cardio makes me especially restless.

I feed off of the environment and results. The drive is always there but I focus on the things that motivate me further. The thing I get sick of is the eating and forcefeeding. Thats nonstop

After taking myself out for 2 years, ignoring pain, it puts shit in perspective. Thankful to be able to engage in the brutality once again. Its a real mindfuck to lose everything, including your identity

I know what you mean man, my workouts are no where near the volume of yours, but you do get used to the volume and stop getting sore. And me too, my back is never sore, neither are my arms or shoulders.

I have my good days and bad for motivation, it kinda depends on what's going on outside the gym. Some days for me it's just not there, but you're relentless!!

Have you ever tried a product called blackhole form controlled labs? It really helped me eat alot more, makes you hungry all the time

Shit man, hopefully everythings on the up for you now. At least your numbers are, and your motivation.

Nice work man, keep killin it!!!!

Dont get me wrong. Im constantly stiff as fuck. Body torn the fuck up. Muscle soreness varies though. It used to be impossible for me to get biceps sore too. Now they are just strained all the time. The stims kill some of the pain and adrenaline. Get into KILL mode and complete tunnel vision. Thats when pain can easily be ignored, but got to stay aware to avoid injury. Still my biggest weakness is that it is nearly impossible for me to back down. Im stubborn as fuck. Ill tear myself apart just to complete a workout. Id rather die in the gym then miss a session. One I intended to show up for. Im adaptable with rest days now and thats essential to continue training. Thats how I took myself out for two years. When you got nothin to lose in your mind and in the fucking KILL or die mentality nothing phases you.

Whatever goes on outside the gym I leave there. Very few things get inside my head. Im very numb mentally to everything in general. From training myself to be like that mentally and all the shit ive overcome, its constant warzone in my mind. The noise never stops but I keep focused on KILLING. The sickness of it is that I will drive myself into the ground and tear myself apart until nothing is left. Not for the results. For the vent, the obsession that Ive never KILLED that shit thouroughly enough and the twisted and warped perspective of always feeling small and weak. Reverting back to old memories of when people fucked with me and spit on me, beat the shit out of me and tormented me for well over a decade straight. The isolation, pain, the transformation of digging deep within myself and bringin out the fuckin beast. The rage still drives me. This beast will rage til everything is severed. Once that switch in my brain fuckin flipped over, there was no turning back. Drive like that is instilled through torture, trauma, survival. Add the obsessions that nothing is ever good enough and I have no issues with drive.

I havent tried blackhole. Might be good for me as my appetite is shit. Stomach fucked up from nerves and all the insanity. Never calm down. The demons rage endlessly

                                KILL THAT SHIT!!
