    Im running into a problem with progression on some of my training days. Especially back. Because the reps have gotten so high with very heavy weights, I risk tearing the bicep tendons by going heavier and trying to set records. Miss the feeling of breaking records , but on back day Im pretty maxed out as far as my tendons. So trying to come up with new ideas to make it more challenging. Thats why I did some of the slower reps with holds today. Thats about all I can come up with at the moment. Last week I rowed 360 for 100 reps on the iso low row machine. Ive gone over 600 lbs before roping plates onto the machine when one of my biceps tendons popped. So thats why its an issue

              Been feeling smoother and smaller all around. Might be in my head though. Arms are down 1/4 inch though from no bicep training.

              Might have to experiment with that shit. More pre exhaust type shit.

                    I hear you its pure hell feeling small and weak....im also there been sick for almost two weeks although I had my first training session today felt weak and tired.lost about 12 pounds during those weeks LOL.....pure fucking fun huh? gonna take some time getting that back....

                      Yea took me over a month to get back the 8 or 9 lbs I lost after that little week vacation I took. Never fun. Sometimes I would like to fuckin take a vacation from the routine (eating part) but I know Ill always pay for it

                          Hit 51 inches on the chest measurement today. One inch increase from pre cycle. Measurement was taken well after the workout and a large meal.

                              • 5-11-10 Tuesday Legs, Hamstrings and Calves

                                Started beastdrol today. Took a week off to detox from the dieselbolan after 2 weeks on 30 mgs daily. Will start beastdrol (superdrol clone) at 10 mg daily this time and see how I handle it. Will run it til I cant function or 4 weeks.

                                Knee and lower back stiffness. Going for depth still over the reps and weight used. My legs have blown up since I went for the deepest reps possible, no leg extentions, just volume and depth with high reps on leg presses. Went from 26 1/4 to 27 1/8 inches around in 2 weeks on the dieselbolan:

                                (209 lbs after meal)

                                Hands on knees for the last 10-15 reps of 600 lb sets to really get a deep burn in that shit
