About my 25lb hammer curls, I come up at a 3 second tempo, pause, release at the same speed, 10-15 reps a set, 3-4 sets. But, I understand you would know nothing about this. I can imagine the ROM you use when you train if your chest vid is any indication of your training style. No wonder you're falling apart, fukked shoulders, back, and legs so huge that you have never posted a pic, good job bro.
