    Not getting too crazy with the weight since my biceps tend to have alot of tenderness and strain these days.

    My ankle is still slightly fucked up. Will resume when it heals up though. My main goals are size now anyway

        Less volume overall. The last several arm sessions have been 40-50 sets for biceps and triceps combined. Mostly supersets and dropsets though.

        • 8-13-10 Thursday (done friday morning) Quads and Hamstrings

          Super light maintenance. Alot of pain in legs still. More of a test then anything:

          (211 lbs after three meals and liquids)

          Leg Extentions:

          This afternoon should be chest again. Will try to hit records with the full range reps on flat bench. Still some soreness in chest from last session. Second session is always weaker.

                Have been trying to push my limits. At this point has been super difficult and slow to make any size progress if any. So will be a major challenge but will do what needs to be done to get there.

                Strength is good but with me I tend to really maximize strength for long periods of time and stay the same bodyweight. My goals are more size related. Food and hormones is really my only limitation at this point. So progress will depend on those two factors the most from this point on, I believe. Training has never been an area that lacked for me.

                Today will be the second chest session of the week with only two days recovery. Still somewhat sore. Im getting it in again today cuz I wanted to get on a new split, training chest friday, with another spotter. My main target today would be 315x13+ with the full range reps on flat bench. Since I havent tested these in so long anything over 12 would be a record I believe. Though at my strongest getting 315x23 three quarter reps I believe I was in the upper teens strength wise. Just never tested them. I can see 20 reps a possibility this month, for full range, but it will depends if the super drol kicks in and if I decide to jump up to 30 mgs in the final week. Id like to atleast get in the upper teens with 315 this month.

                • 8-13-10 Attempted chest and shoulders

                  Way too torn up today from 2 days previous chest session. Not recovered. Chest was extremely sore and torn up.

                  The main thing today was to get on a new split with another spotter. The days got mixed up this week but next week everything will be in order:

                  (208 lbs before meals)

                  Flat Bench Press:

                  135x20 warm
                  225x12 warm
                  275x8 warm
                  315x7 (Full reps but chest extremely torn up from tuesdays chest session, so time to back off)

                  Dumbbell Shoulder Presses:

                  60x15 warm

                  Ended it after this. Way too torn up. Back will likely be moved to monday of next week.

                  Main thing is I should have a spotter for chest on fridays so I can push the limits, and also be back training at the better gym for chest.

                  • 8-14-10 Saturday Shoulders and Rear Delts

                    The super drol is definately starting to kick in. Took long at the low dose but not having near as many sides introducing it slowly into my system. Increased to 30 mgs today. First week was 10, second week 20 and this week will be 30 if shit doesnt fuck me up. Will see how it feels. 20 mgs gives me some nausea , but varies, so will see how I dose it.

                    Much fuller already though, delt and traps, chest pump. Body weight is also up. May possibly end this cycle around 220. Strength still increasing also. Arms back up around 18 3/4, chest slightly over 51, legs around 27 inches.

                    Was up from previous night so heavier from the night's meals.:

                      Lethargy from the superdrol definately starting to kick in, but so is the fullness. Running it for another week and a half at 30 mgs and 19 inches cold should be realistic on the arms. 18 3/4 now cold. Just depends on the nausea level and getting in the meals.

                      The hemo rage UC I took pre workout at a scoop and a half didnt do shit for me today. Was super tired in the gym.:

                              Worn out and torn up. Hands, bicep tendons, everything pretty torn up. Super lightheaded prior to training due to not enough food, the drol, the stims, etc.

                              Light and low volume today:

Its difficult to guage though since I havent tested in several years, full range reps.

                                Some PR's today. Not the numbers I was going for but decent considering eating hasnt been where it should be. Too much nausea and lethargy from the drol.

                                Slept around 20 hours. Was in a coma. On the way to the gym was fighting back vomitting while driving. Swerving through traffic at 100mph didnt really help. Managed not to vomit during training. Followed the stims with a redbull like usual on chest day.

                                Back to full reps again on the bench. Since I havent tested these in maybe 5 years or longer, breaking records isnt too difficult for this range of motion. Injury lay off for 2 years set me back alot, so took long to get back.

                                Looks like 3 weeks is the end of the superdrol cycle for me. By this point the lethargy is so bad and the nausea that it defeats the purpose. Very mimimal gains this time. Could have gotten the same results on food:

The gains on the superdrol were so minimal I think that cutting it out, getting my appetite back without the nausea, I should be able to progress just on food for a while. Strength wise atleast.

                                4 hours was enough today. Ankles still tore up so letting them heal. Havent hit cardio in a while because of that. Normally I would have gone into shoulders, then core work and cardio but the nausea and feeling of being about to black out was getting very strong. Mainly the black out sensations. So will save the rest for tommorrow
