    Want to see what I can do with the lower doses rather then go on an injection spree. Most has been orals (superdrol) up to this point. Only about 6 weeks this year though, total, spread in 3 cycles.

    250 would be the next big number to hit on the scale though. Id be carrying alot of mass on my frame at that weight. My strength increases would be insane, since with 5 lbs of weight gain, it brings me huge strength increases. So 40 lbs would be very significant.

    I would never set any limits though. Next goal on arms is 20 inches, chest 55 inches, legs 30. The arms arent too far off but that extra inch has been a bitch on mainly food. I did it on just GNC type supps for 10 years, I was out 2 years and lost it all, too me like 5 years to get back. Patience isnt a problem for me. Ive done it the slow and hard way and will test myself and see what I can grow on. Ill find myself there one way or another. If not then fill a few caskets, another goal

      Apparently the back thing cancels out you ever squatting again? (assuming)...leg press numbers are ridiculous (in a good way) however. I'd be the same way

        Glad that is provides some good use here on this site then. I leave it up on this site for the few that support the journal

        I never really squatted to begin with. Not consistantly. Shit was always very awkward on my structure. Never felt right. Deadlifting I did alot but only for a year and a half. Did way too much damage by that point. I did alot of hack squats on machine, leg press, leg extentions with dropsets, leg curls and calves work. Now its all leg press , sometimes extentions, and leg curls.

        I got much larger and stronger once I stopped deadlifting though. Heavy rowing for back was all that was needed and for traps super heavy dumbbell laterals and some occasional shrugs. Dont do them that often like I used to. They grow from the laterals and rowing now.

          • Man looking much bigger since you joined here in 2008. Is the superdrol stuff you have stockpiled that you bought before the ban ? I figured when they came out with it back in the day that it had a 'limited' time before being banned.


            Kinda like Speed Stack with ephedrine. That was good stuff, I remember those days.


            I tried using hammer strength machines last night, but moving around the 45lb plates started getting to me so I just used machines with the adjustable weight pin instead.

              With delts its always hard to tell if theyve grown. Never measured them seperate.

              They are the most dominant for me though. Traps and back as well. The delts suck up tension mostly from the chest work.

                Yea I got it before the ban. I wasnt even sure if the shit was banned or not. I heard it would be and I havent seen it online.

                I was 157 when I first came back from the injuries in march 2007. So up 60 lbs (at my heaviest) since then. First year wasnt eating heavy though, was just a test to see how long I could last, and see if I would be able to train again.

                The speedstack was good. Strong too. One session I tried to push my limit and drank three of them. I was up 36 hours before I was finallly able to sleep.

                Usually it was two speedstacks for chest day and sometimes back. Three was overkill.

                Sometimes its good to switch to different machines and angles to let the body heal. You can atleast maintain somewhat that way.

                • As for delts, you can see the difference from when I was first coming back til now. I rotated the picture so that the arms are on the same side:






                  Muscle memory definately , but still took a long time

                  Also you can see the difference between 180 lbs after a few years back and then 210 lbs:

                    Hard to say if delts have some up since then. Back measurement has gone up an inch to 51 and legs half an inch.

                    Waist is down 2 to 2 1/2 inches

                    To more comparisons from my pre injury peak , compared with march of this year

                          This is what I wanted from the journal. Like in the old fuckin days when it was a good environment. Its good to have some quality posters in here, feed off the encouragement and spread the fire.

                          I will always give accurate , detailed stats on lifts , measurements,etc with no bullshit. Its what Ive always done. Allows others to get something valuable from this and to guage thier own progress.

                          I remember how it was admist all the bullshit and lies and trying to obtain things that werent even real. This was meant to be something different then the norm.

                          Getting ready to KILL some chest, all stimmed up. Todays possible targets with the full reps are:

                          345x8, 315x15, 365x5, 370x4, 380x3, 385x2, maybe 400 plus as a fuck around set after the main rep record attempts. I cant say which records exactly Ill KILL but I plan for something to die
