        Bad eating last several days. One day with 18 hours or more without food and water. Ate some of my weight back prior to the gym though.

        Just light traps to keep weight off ankles for now. :

                    • I think stimulants is the best legal supplement right now. If I took nothing else and had not eaten all day, with enough stimulants, I could still easily get through workouts.

                          That is the most effective thing I take. Superpump 250 lately. One and 1/2 scoops (cut it down). I take it down like a shot. If I take the stims in slow its not the same. It gives me a fierce energy for the first hour and a half, after that the rest of the session is in my mind. My sessions are usually a minimum of 3 hours , sometimes exceeding 6 hours lately. On chest day I chase it with a redbull. Ill have the redbull finished before my 315 set usually on the bench. This just extends it slightly. I dont feel redbull at all by itself but it extends it a little. Alot of my stimulant is wasted twice a week when I drive 40 mins to the other gym for chest and back

                                Yea my whole back is fucked. I took myself out for 2 years, after about 10 years straight training, and now have been back nearly 4 years. Finally have defeated my old pre injury self, so now can start some real progress again finally. I took myself out deadlifting super long sessions with back, everything maxing and training fucking insane. Ruptured 2 disks in my upper spine plus my lower spine is crooked. Sure there is more but thats all I got scanned. So training is very specialized after coming back from the dead
