  • 10-4-10 Back

    Weak as fuck. Could be because I alternate between two different gyms for back. The gym I trained at today is 40 mins drive. Has tbar row and iso low row hammerstrength. The other gym closer to me has iso high row, no tbar, iso lateral row and the usual cable shit. So I havent been doing iso low row and tbars consistantly at all. Not sure what the issue is was just weak as fuck today. :

      Was up 26 hours during the session. Despite energy was no issue at all with the stims. Just was fuckin weak. Still grinded out 4 1/2 hours and 72 sets. Was gonna do more to catch up but gym closed at 6pm. After driving back 40 mins to my house, didnt feel like hitting the 24 hour gym , needed to get my meals in. Can catch up on the rest tommorrow.

      Took 4 days off, so made up with extra volume. Weak as fuck again today. Elbows were a real issue today. Very inflamed, especially with locking out on the presses. So I cut the range short for most of the sets after 315. Wasnt too bad then. WIll do that until the shit heals up.

      Back was strained the last 4 days but healed just enough for me to hit it today. Didnt take any supps like beta alanine , preworkout stims which include creatine, just some BCAA pills and the usual fiber. So maybe creatine and beta alanine was out of the muscle too. Overall was just torn to hell. Joints, muscle just beat up today.
