Weak as fuck. Could be because I alternate between two different gyms for back. The gym I trained at today is 40 mins drive. Has tbar row and iso low row hammerstrength. The other gym closer to me has iso high row, no tbar, iso lateral row and the usual cable shit. So I havent been doing iso low row and tbars consistantly at all. Not sure what the issue is was just weak as fuck today. :
