    • I do freeweight barbell squats but I can't go heavy so I do them for reps either in the beginning or end of legs. I usually do heavy leg press, machine hacks, and extensions.


      Smith squats I have a hard time doing. For some reason it feels weird.


      I have had many xrays taken, I'm sure somewhere I have some slight tilt in my spine or something.


      I was never able to go insanely heavy on deadlift. I think my highest was 370lns or something, never higher than that. oh well.


      Btw,connstellation is a hottie. I couldnt tell before from the previous avi.

                  Fourteen years. Since the beginning. I started on 12-15 set as a minimum per body part. I quickly was spending the whole day in the gym though. So it didnt take long. My tolerance for abuse is super high, thus I need to hammer the fuck out of everything with high intensity (to failure or beyond) plus high volume. Otherwise I shrink rapidly.

                  I had a 2 year lay off, so maybe 12 years.

                  Ive also trained most on supps you can get at GNC , until very recently. June I did some low dose AAS cycles. Only to get back to where I was pre injury though. Still not back. Almost.

                  I may be hitting 75mg of dbol next month. No PCT, and straight dbol. Do what I can, when I can do it. Well see what happens. Any extra assistance should give me a nice boost. Ill keep the volume though. I may be able to get away with a little less on some days, to train around injuries though, while on. Otherwise I pay for it.

                  • I was raised on volume but structured the routines to pre exhaust certain body parts and therefore reduce sets on that part. For example I used to hit chest with 16 sets and then my shoulders were cooked so they only needed 8 sets when done right after chest. I also use high intensity with volume. It just plain works.

                      Completely agreed. I wasnt meant to grow. I believe in fucking forcing that shit, leaving nothing unturned. All rep ranges, full intensity, full volume. I sometimes do less sets for shoulders as well after chest, but often still do 10-12 afterwards.

                      Whenever I get on a decent dose of AAS, Im getting a pretty thick foundation so should be able to blow up. Its in my blood. My uncle was a skinny kid turned 280 mass monster. Comes a point when the AAS is neccesary. Been taking my time

                              • I use some pre-workout powders mainly for a stimulant and creatine. SuperPump250 is good. I actually get a good buzz with N.O. XPLODE as well despite it being BSN. I just take that, multi-vitamins, probiotics, glucosamine for joints and some other basic stuff for general health.


                                Actually only protein powder and pre-workout supplements are what I use. I find 99.99% of the stuff sold OTC garbage. Better off using that money to buy food or steroids instead.
