  • 1-25-11 Tuesday Chest and attempted shoulders


    Was gonna take this week off. Alot of numbness. Ultra light maintenance had to cut it short:

    (211 lbs after previous nights meals)

    Flat Bench press: (full reps)

    135x20
    135x20 warms
    225x30

    225x19 (without lift off or spotter, so high on bench)


    Hammer strength incline: full reps

    DB laterals:

          I was getting 40 when I was in the lower 200's and also doing them weighted at one point. They are a good warm up for the heavier shit and get a real good stretch and contraction with them. Try to hold some of the reps at the top.

                    • 1-31-11 Monday Legs and Hamstrings


                      Basically took last week off from upper body training and legs. Snuck in a shit chest session. Elbows feeling a little better, the numbness in hands from taking most the week off. Probably take another week off from upper body training. See how the shit heals. Nothing to lose overall. Nothing I cant gain back. Back/chest measurement has still been around the same , 51, and legs 27, arms are at 18 1/2, down half an inch but is easy to get it back when trianing is full again. Just maintaining what I can for now. Not bad gettin the arms back to 18 1/2 on just tribulus and shit inconsistant training and eating. They were down to 18. Try not to let myself fall below that mark. Back like I said and legs have retained the size measurement wise. So not a big issue there. Arms are the first thing to shrink. Delt and chest are alot smaller too , just dont have that full blown look, but that comes back quick when trianing is good.

                      Possibly get some elbow injections of anti inflammatories and see if that helps. No reason I cant hit legs though.Didnt train them last week and not sure about the week prior to that. Hamstrings got some of thier strength back though and leg press was stronger then its been in a while with good range. Legs are same size despite so really not needed right now to be as consistant. Just eat what I can get down and train when I can for now. Will grow again when the time is right

                              Felt good, the longer Im out of training the more pissed off I am when I get in there. So it balances out. The rage if controlled will drive me to new size and strength, if not controlled will take my shit out again for a long time. Usually the rage and adrenaline makes me stronger then I should be for not training.

                              Anxious as fuck to get back to full training again.
